The Challenge:
Hiland Group is one of the leading real estate developers of Kolkata. They are developing multiple projects in various parts of the city and have ambitious plans for the future. The Group wanted to completely overhaul their website and was looking for it to be a stepping stone towards the larger goal of
re-branding their image.

Our Solution:
The aim while conceptualizing the design for the website was to strike the right balance between subtlety as well as vibrancy. Though the Group is a major real estate developer from Kolkata, the intention was not to highlight their projects straightaway. The thought and the idea behind each project needed to be portrayed in the right perspective. The website is not just a medium to showcase their projects and achievements but it should tell its own story and have a life of its own.
